The journey of Ananta Synergies began not in a boardroom, but in the laughter and energy of children. In 2024, Sumana encouraged her kids and their friends to form Planet Guardians – a small group of kids that went door-to-door, collecting and segregating household waste in their apartment complex. A simple weekend activity blossomed into a purposeful initiative, showing that even the youngest voices can spark powerful change!
Watching the joy and determination of these children, Sumana and Shrinivas realized something profound: sustainability is not only about policies or industries, but about people, families, and communities leading the way.
Their professional journeys, Sumana’s in Energy Services & Solutions and Shrinivas’s in Digital Transformation gave them the confidence to nurture this spark into a purposeful venture.

With the belief in “Profit with Purpose” and the vision of being Inspired by Nature & Powered by Innovation, they laid the foundation for Ananta Synergies. Here, innovation meets responsibility, and every effort is guided by the idea that small acts can ripple outward into lasting impact. Soon after, their dear friend Ruchika Sarfare joined them. With her strong background in operations and strategic planning, she became a key pillar, ensuring Ananta had the structure to grow alongside its vision.
